Brittany Perry, MS, RD, CSSD, CEDS

Brittany Perry is a former collegiate athlete and a dedicated Sports Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals achieve their performance and health goals. With a focus on evidence-based practices, Britt provides personalized nutrition plans to optimize athletic performance and overall well-being. Her expertise also extends to athletes working through disordered eating or eating disorders, promoting a balanced and healthy relationship with food.
