Hi, I’m Brittany Perry—Sports Dietitian, Eating Disorder Specialist, and mom of three. As a former collegiate athlete and captain of the University of Minnesota women’s hockey team, I understand firsthand the unique demands that sports and performance place on both the body and mind. With 10 years of experience working as a Sports Dietitian in the Big Ten, I’ve helped athletes from all sports fuel their bodies for peak performance and mental well-being. Now, I’m focused on offering personalized coaching and support to help athletes unlock their full potential, whether they’re navigating competition or recovering from disordered eating habits.
